Fatal Crash Claims One Life in Boynton Beach

A tragic accident occurred on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at the intersection of Military Trail and Cedar Point Boulevard in Boynton Beach, Florida. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported a fatal crash at 10:02 PM that resulted in the death of one individual, Natalie Pierre, age 25, of Boynton Beach.

According to the Sheriff’s Office report, a 2020 Toyota 4-door vehicle, driven by Anche Milien, 30, of Boynton Beach, was traveling northbound on Military Trail and began turning left onto Cedar Point Boulevard. At the same time, a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette, driven by Dale James Drotar, 39, of Boynton Beach, was traveling southbound on Military Trail at a high rate of speed. Both vehicles entered the intersection while the traffic signals for both directions displayed green lights.

The report states that the front of the Corvette impacted the right rear door area of the Toyota. The force of the collision caused the Toyota to be “ripped apart,” and Pierre, a passenger in the right rear seat, was ejected from the vehicle. Pierre died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash.

Both drivers were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Milien sustained minor injuries, while Drotar suffered critical injuries. The Sheriff’s Office indicated that Drotar was wearing a seatbelt, as was Milien and Pierre.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division is conducting a criminal investigation into the actions of Drotar. Next-of-kin for Natalie Pierre has been notified. The case numbers for this incident are 25049860 and 25049861. The crash was investigated by Stephan, ID# 7240.
