share
the
video
recap
of
its 2nd
Annual
Mental
Health
Family
Day
Camp, held
on May
10,
2025, at
theOkeeheelee
Nature
Center.
Advertisements
The
event
brought
families
together
to
celebrate Mental
Health
Awareness and Trauma-Informed
Care
Month through
a
variety
of
engaging
and
therapeutic
activities.
Designed
to
reduce
stigma
surrounding
mental
health
and
promote
community
healing,
the
day
camp
emphasized
the
importance
of
resilience,
connection
and
open
conversation
around
mental
health.

Families
participated
in
a
series
of
interactive
workshops
and
group
sessions
that
encouraged
collaboration,
communication
and
social
connection.
Each
activity
was
thoughtfully
created
to
help
strengthen
family
relationships
while
promoting
mental
wellness
and
emotional
support.

annual
event
reflects
Youth
Services’
ongoing
commitment
to
supporting
the
mental
health
and
emotional
well-being
