Palm Beach County, FL – On Thursday, March 13, 2025, a ribbon-cutting celebration was held to inaugurate the newly established Culinary Corners. This $11.2 million project features three distinct entities housed within a 26,529 square foot facility, which includes a coffee grinding and storefront facility for Oceana Coffee, Florida Canning—providing vendors with access to canning machinery—and Kiss Kitchens, offering 14-16 spaces for vendors to prepare and/or sell their goods. Located at 1301 10th Street in Lake Park, the project is expected to create approximately 60 jobs.
The Palm Beach County Department of Housing & Economic Development provided approximately $1.3 million through its business loan program to the project along with technical assistance to secure a $2.4 million loan through the Small Business Administration. Additionally, the Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) provided a $1 million grant. The remainder of the project was financed through traditional lending methods.

Culinary Corners represents the first commercial venture of its kind in Palm Beach County. It not only brings the headquarters of the well-known Oceana Coffee to Lake Park but also offers startup food vendors, including caterers and food truck operators, affordable rental space, and professional-grade equipment for food preparation, alleviating the burden of substantial capital investment costs.
“With this project, we are not only opening doors for businesses like Oceana Coffee, Florida Canning, and Culinary Crossroads but also paving the way for new jobs. This project is a shining example of collaboration among municipalities, including Lake Park, their CRA, Palm Beach County, and our Housing & Economic Development Department, development partners, banks, and the SBA,” stated County Commissioner Bobby Powell.
