At the age of five, she moved with her family to Toronto, Canada, where she would later build a beautiful life of her own.

For sixty years, Frances was completely devoted to her beloved husband, Sydney. Together, they built not only a family but a legacy, rooted in love, strength, and unwavering commitment to their bond. Their union inspired all who were fortunate to know them.

Frances took immense pride in her family. A devoted homemaker, she had a deep and abiding love for gardening, cooking, and baking, all of which she approached with grace, creativity, and joy. Throughout her life, she prioritized upholding Jewish traditions and instilling them in her family.

Frances was a woman of beauty, intelligence, and worldly charm. Her love for fine art, antiques, and wine was matched only by her generosity and passion for the arts in both Dallas and Toronto. Through her support and involvement, she touched the hearts of many, leaving an indelible mark on the communities she held dear.
