A fatal stabbing in the City of Lake Worth Beach on the night of May 3, 2025, is under investigation by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Division. Deputies responded to a call at 11:47 PM regarding an assault in progress in the 400 block of 4th Avenue North.

Upon arrival, deputies found an adult male deceased from an apparent stabbing. A person of interest, later identified as Adam Marshall, was found at the scene and was immediately detained.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division took over the investigation and determined that Marshall was the aggressor in the incident. As a result, Marshall was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
Marshall is scheduled to attend his first appearance on Monday, May 5, 2025.
