At approximately 7:08 PM, a 2020 Toyota Camry, driven by 75-year-old Linda S. Zitofsky, was traveling eastbound on Boynton Beach Boulevard. The vehicle began to improperly turn left onto Hagen Ranch Road under a red traffic signal. A 2025 Cadillac Escalade, driven by 35-year-old Danielle Chamberlin, was traveling westbound on Boynton Beach Boulevard in the center lane and collided with the passenger side of the Toyota.
The impact caused both vehicles to rotate and come to rest in the intersection. The Toyota then struck a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado, which had been stopped in the right-turn lane on Hagen Ranch Road.
The drivers and passengers of the Cadillac Escalade, including two children, sustained minor injuries and were treated at Delray Medical Center. Tragically, Linda S. Zitofsky, the driver of the Toyota, underwent surgery but later died from injuries sustained during the crash at 10:06 PM.
